I am installing a new jen-air under the counter wall over jjw9530 it has different wire than my old GE. It has 4 wires 1 red 1 black 1 red and a bare ground, the wall outlet only has 3 wires 1 red 1 black and a bare. how do I connect the wiring??

Looks like this a Canadian model and I'm not familiar with Canadian codes. Maybe somebody else on the forum can help you better.

It should usually have a red, a black and a white... besides the ground.

You probably can't. It sounds like your old power supply provided only a 240 volt circuit. You may need to have an electrical wire a new 120/240 volt circuit to your new oven.

Consult with a local electrician.
