Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I ordered a replacement control panel for this double oven. The control panel came with a door latch, but only one. I'm trying to figure out why it comes with any door latch (since I ordered only a control panel). And, if I need to replace the door latch, won't I need to replace BOTH door latches? If so, why does the control panel for a double oven come with only one.

Finally, the page of the directions that contains Figures B.2, C and D are virtually unreadable. Are these available online in a version that has enough contrast to be read? It looks like it's a copy of a copy of a copy.

I re-read what I can of the directions and now understand why there is only one latch. I still could use a copy of one page of the directions that is readable. Any suggestions?
