I have a Frigidaire gas stove. The oven won't light. However, the gas burners on the top of the stove do light. The ignitor does glow. Is my problem with the ignitor or the safety valve. Also, is there a method to test the ignitor? Thanks in advance for any help/info.

Quote:Model Number: fgf326 That model number is incomplete. Did you get it right off the appliance's model and serial number identification tag? You can find tips for locating the model and serial number identification tag on your appliances at the following link: LINK > Model Number Tag Location GuideQuote:The oven won't light. A measurement of the amperage draw of the ignitor circuit while glowing would determine whether the ignitor is suspect or not. There is no other test that will determine its operational condition.
