Model Number: tgf355bhwf Brand: Tappan Age: More than 10 years
while replacing the bake ignitor i broke a piggy back .187"-3/16" disconnect on the short lead that goes from the bottom of the dual valve to the top where it meets an ignitor lead. Finding such a connector has proved impossible to find in such a size and the .250" are entirely to big. Am I correct in assuming that I can just splice both leads into a standard .187 female disconnect and eliminate the dual connector altogether. I would just have to cut wires to replace in the future instead of pulling the spades. thanks
