Quote:My model # is shorter than what is listed by manufacture You didn't get it right off the appliance's model and serial number identification tag? That is the only place the complete model number will usually be found. Quote:I am in search for the gromet under the knobs I looked up a model KGCT365TAL0 and the grommets for it have been discontinued and are no longer available. If you can supply the complete model number of your cooktop, I will check for it. JFYI Dan O. www.Appliance411.com The Appliance Information Site=D~~~~~~

this is the only model # on the appliance. This cooktop was used in a home show, as display, 1990 at the world congress center as a new model and that may the reason for the shorter #KGCT365T
Whirlpool told me that they had none left and that they were last supplied in black and that you might have some or a source, Part #4173464. Please let me know if you can help as I need four. This cooktop was produced in 1989 knob #4173180 and the appliace is Almomd in color. Installation Instructions Part#3177316RevC The warrenty booklet part # is 3177085 RevA
Thak you for your assistance, william Casler

Quote:you might have some or a source, Part #4173464. The Appliance Parts Pros web site says, "4173464 made by WHIRLPOOL Requires special attention. Please give us a call at 1-877-477-7278" which usually means they don't have any. :( JMO Dan O. www.Appliance411.com The Appliance Information Site=D~~~~~~
