I know it shouldn't have happened, but I think a piece of foil got around my bake element. Made a horrible sound, saw orange, then bright white light through the glass. The bake element was destroyed, so I replaced it. Now the bottom element doesn't appear to be getting hot, but the top element is overheating. Melted my plastic tv dinner tray. Can't seem to get a repairman, because they're busy fixing air conditioners. Any help would be VERY appreciated. Thank you

It may have damaged the electronic control when it failed. That sometimes happens. :(
