I have a Heartland Gas stove and the oven door does not shut tight, we have a bungee cord holding the door shut, even that is no longer working. I think the problem is the door is heavy, over time the springs have worn?? We paid way too much for this stove to replace it. I would like to figure out what parts to buy and fix it or find someone who knows how to fix it. Please help!

Sounds like week door springs to me. I could not try to look anything up for you without a model number.
