F 2 Error Issue

I just starting getting a constant F2 error whenever I use the Oven. Is it worth repairing or should I just buy a new oven. From what I have read in the forums it might be a temperature Sensor ? Hope you can advise. Thanks Dan

Model number incomplete

Model Number: Kenmore 30425/30429
Those look like parts of two different model numbers. We would need the exact one off the appliance in order to find out which design you're dealing with.

You can find tips for locating the model and serial number identification tag on your appliances at the following link:

That can be a possibility on some models, yes.

ohm out the oven sensor, and it should ohm out to 1100 ohms. if not replace it. if it does ohm out, then replace the control board. if the oven is in good shape repair it. the new ovens all have the same problems. tom
