We could not stop the gas igniter continuing clicking. We had to unplog the electric power to stop it. Would appreciate to get information of how to fix it.

Thanks and Regards,

Model Number: GE gas Range

We require the appliance's exact model number in order to look it up to see how it was designed.

The ignition switch(es) may be shorted. Did a spill or range cleaning occur immediately prior to this malfunction?

One or more of the ignition switches on the burner valves may be wet or damaged. They might dry out on their own or need to be replaced.
