Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I just bought a built in oven that goes into my existing cabinets...only problem is that it is smaller than my old one by 4 1/2 inches. I need a part (unsure of the name) that goes below the oven and looks like a piece of the oven or a vent.
Does anyone know what the name of this part is? or where i might get one?
It is a Kenmore Elite...but the folks at Sears don't seem to know what I am talking about.
Any help or suggestion would be great.
