My oven doesn't work/heat properly in covection mode. A repairman says the problem is the convection element burned out.

Your Website lists a convection fan assembly, but no convection element. The fan assembly appears to have an element in it from the image, but I can't be sure. It's a $100+ part, so I'd like to know before I order.
