After the oven was used today (bake) the broiler turned on and will not turn off unless the unit is unplugged? Shorted out broiler? Sucks that this happens 3 days before Thanksgiving cooking starts.

Shorted out broiler?
I doubt it is a shorted out broiler unless the element get about half as hot as when it is on. Then it may have shorted to the frame and is getting 120 volts all the time.

If it comes on full then odds are that broil relay contacts on the control board (Item 12 in Section 2) are welded together.
May also be a problem with the processor on the board energizing the relay all the time.
