When we are turning on the oven both elements are coming on. I have tried every temperature and it is still staying on. The manual doesnt tell us how to get the top element to stay off. Thus when cooking now all the food gets cooked and burned on the top even with lids on the food. Is there a way to turn off this top element? It states that if you have a bake button which we do not to change the temp from celcius to farehitte. Not sure what that means and there is no place to show me what model number if you can help it would be great.

Does the bake element go off?

In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the unit.
