The upper oven which has an option of Convection bake and roast turns on and fan is running but does not heat with either convection or regular bake or broil options. The control pad appears to be working and let's me set temp etc. But it just doesn't heat. The bottom oven works but occasionally does just turn off while baking. The oven is about 6 1/2 hrs old and the convection was just used a handful of times the first two years and hasn't worked since. I have used the self clean option and wonder if that is what caused it to stop working as I see a lot of posts related to the thermal fuse shutting off heat. The model number on the bottom door is JT952SOF4SS and the owners manual to the upper oven says JT952-30".

Since discovering this site just a couple months ago I have been able to troubleshoot and fix both my front loading washer and dryer saving hundreds of dollars so I am hoping I can figure out my oven too. I haven't been able to find any information on my specific model or the repair manual to help troubleshoot the problem. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
