iT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THE OVEN TO HEAT UP. tHE RELAY ON THE CIRCUIT BOARD TURNS ON AND OFF. wHEN ON 240 VOLTS ARE GOING TO TOP ELEMENT AND ONLY ABOUT 50 TO THE BOTTOM. iT STAYS OFF A LONG TIME BEFORE COMING BACK ON FOR ONLY A FEW SECONDS.
