My bake and broil will not stay on. Iwill touch the bake or broil pad and do preset temp and it may begin heating but cuts off after it has heated anywhere from 2 to 7 or so minutes, there are times that it will not come on and heat at all. The control pad will beep as it normally does. My control pad display has not worked for about 2 to 3 years but everything else worked up untill now. the control board does not alluminate I can see the the numbers if I cup my hand around it I can still set the clock time but again I can't see the numbers unless I cup my hand around it or unless it is dark in the room.
Again the control board has been this way for 3 years.

sounds as if you have issues with switch membrane" touch pad" +control clock, either replace both parts or buy a new stove

Thank you for the response. I might have been confusing when I spoke of the time set. I was not referring to the timer for cooking but for the clock.

Dear misterfixall ,received my parts today new membrane "touch pad" and control clock got them installed , oven or broil or clock still does not work!
no lights at all in clock. only thing working again is the beep sounds on the touch pad and the fans!
no heat from the elements broil or bake! these parts are not cheap nor is a new stove got any more ideas?

the new clock should illuminate if connections are done properly, call a tech at this time,
