I have an electric wave oven which I believe is original to my home which was built in the mid 1950's. It was manufactured by National Stove Company, Nashville, TN. The tag in the oven with the model number has deteriorated and I can only read the last part of that number which is 10-32. The tag shows the following: 120/240 volts, 3 wire, 60 cycle and wattage 7200. My local appliance parts store found a close fit in their Chromalox catalog with a part # of 453288 (Tappan). It measures 13 5/8" wide, 17 5/8" deep with an additional 1 3/4" connection beyond the oven wall. To the best of my ability, it appears the measurement on the current element is 13 1/2" wide, 17 1/2" deep with 1 5/8" connection beyond the oven wall. My question is will the 1/8" differences make a big enough difference that the part will not fit and/or work properly. I appreciate any help with this. Thanks!
