GE Spectra Dual Burner problem
Model Number: JBP78W0B4W Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Dual burner on blink:
The outer element working but inner element is not. Has the rocker switch gone bad or has the burner gone bad? Thanks, Willis Ads By Google Related Models

If you have a volt-ohm meter you can test both parts. If not, I would hire it done!!!! You will end up guessing wrong, and replacing something that didn't need to be replaced. See if you can look at the wires to the surface unit, If they are OK, Call someone!!!
