I have an electric Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 range. I've replaced the coils, bowls, and coil receptacles with generic parts, but of course they don't quite fit perfectly. And I replace the bowls and some coils at least once a year, which is a nuisance and costly year after year. I'd love to just replace the entire cooktop with a glass cooktop (with electric coils built-in). Is that possible? If so, how do I go about getting one?

This seems excessive. I have had a Whirlpool for 10 years and never replaced a heating element or a bowl!!

Just go out and buy a new stove. Retrofitting is not possible and would be cost prohibitive if it was.
