The oven is a GE Encore Electronic Range/Oven 30". Purchased about 20 years ago. Works fine except:

1 year ago oven baking element was replaced. No problems since. Now oven will begin to heat but blows the blows internal oven fuse. Also when the oven is turned on to BAKE the Broiler element is now coming on also. Then the fuse blows and must be replaced. Replacing two fuses at a time. The stove top burners seem to work fine. Total oven and stove top is dead until the fuses are replaced. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Looked all over the range and I cannot find a model number anywhere. Where will it be?
