Internal fan(cleaning fan)on when not in cleaning mode

Model Number: SVD48600B Brand: Jenn-Air Age: More than 10 years

The fan that comes on in the oven cleaning cycle is coming on at about 200F in the bake mode and staying on until the oven cools off. The downdraft utility board was repaced about 11 yrs ago when we had trouble with the oven. The temp of the oven reaches within 5-10 degrees of set(right on at 250, 345 if set at 350 and 390 if set at 400).
