Model Number: gbs307pdb1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
After running the self cleaning, my oven no longer works. The lights and panel work fine but the oven does not come on so I ordered a replacement thermostat part AP3885687. The part you sent me is number 9759243 and does not look like the thermostat on the back of the oven. And, after pulling out the oven, I do not see a thermostate that looks like the one you sent me. The thermostat I see on the back of the oven is part number 44452223. Can I use the one you sent me or do I need to send this one back and get the 44452223 part or am I just not seeing the part on the oven that you sent me.
