My JennAir convection oven control panel has stopped working. You can enter numbers and a couple of the "buttons" almost work but you can't complete any function and you get no response to most buttons. The buttons are apparently capacitive buttons embedded in a glass panel. No movement, no click, no readings when you put a voltmeter on the flatcable connections to the PCB (the control board). I am confident the problem is either the control board or the glass panel. I think it is the control board.
The original part number for the control board is 202801A but on line sources say that has a new number PS119188. The glass panel is PS505758. This is an old unit and replacements may not be available. I need to know my options. the oven worked perfectly until the control panel stopped taking commands.

Most likely the problem is a bad glass control panel. Unfortunately this part has been discontinued and is no longer available. You can try to clean the ribbon cable contacts as described in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...de-eo-f2.html#post386452. Some time it works. Otherwise it is a time for a new oven. Gene.
