Thermador temperature indicator
Model Number: PRD486ELG Brand: Thermador Age: 1 - 5 years
The temperature indicator for the main oven is not working. I have a service appt. next Thursday but wanted to see what I could find out ahead of time, however all I've found are horror stories about Thermador products and customer service.
Any idea what the problem could be? I've read numerous complaints re: the mother board. I hope that's not it! I purchased the range 12-26-05 and it was stored at Pacific Sales until installation in 5/06.

One of possibilities is the oven thermostat.
Also most of the contemporary Thermador products are very complicated and it should be serviced by a certified technicians only. Gene.
