I have a Thermador Stove model PD486GLBS from 2006. I purchased it at an estate sale. It had never been used before. I have 2 issues. 1. Both left front burners do not keep lit at the extra low setting. Both shut off ½ way in between LO and XLO. You can hear a valve click and burners shut off. They do not blow out. I did change the knob set to the black set. I assume there is an extra low because the other burners physically will not rotate past LO. Is there an adjustment for this? 2. The left oven (the small one) temp is off 30 degrees at 350. Can I calibrate this?

Manual states this is correct operation for output of 1850 btus - sounds funny to hear the constant clicking on/off for lo/xlo but that's the way you melt chocolate without burning it, for example.
