Tonight while using the oven our stove totally died and began making a buzzing noise which I traced to one or both of the relays on the Auxiliary Relay Board behind the rear cover. The front panel -- all lights and controls are dead as are both oven elements. But the upper cooling fan which cools the space between the oven and the cooktop is on. I am getting good power from both sides of the line. I have removed the Aux Relay Board and included a pic of it. I cannot find this part on your website and I have not conclusively determined if it is the problem or it is reacting to some other problem. Can you help?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for JENN-AIR SVD48600P RANGE-S/C S/I GAS & ELEC DUEL FUEL | AppliancePartsPros.com

The relay board is Item 29 in Section 3.

Could be something is dropping the supply voltage.

Looks like all it does is control the door lock motor and the fan.
try running the unit with it disconnected just make sure that the wires cannot short to any thing. Perhaps tape them.
Buzzing is often an indication of low power to the relay coil.
Looks like they are 9 volt relays but hard to tell from your picture.

The wiring diagram included in the parts is not very good but I cannot find a better one.
Looks like the transformer that powers the control board is hard wired across the line (L2 to Neutral) perhaps there is a problem with it.
Does the oven light work as it is wired in parallel with the transformer.

oven light works but that is the only thing that does other than the ignitors for the gas burners. I suspect you are correct and the relay board is probably ok but getting low voltage. They are in fact 9V relays and voltage to the primary sides of them is under 2 volts but is that actuated or unactuated? Voltage to the secondaries is 125. I will dig into it further to see if I can locate the main control board. Thank you.

I have the upper control panel open and exposed now. I checked the voltages on the relay and it seems ok. VOltages are
pins 1-2 122VAC
11-12 9.7
11-13 19.4
9-10 4.1

Suggestions????

I suspect the upper Control Panel is defective. Is there a procedure to confirm this?

Sounds like it is getting the correct power and will not light up so I would say it is toast.

There may be some diagnostics but I cannot find a manual for this unit.
I will do some more searching and if I can find one I will post it for you.

Thanks. Based on test voltages from the manual I think it is the Control Panel for sure and am ordering a new one. Cross your fingers.
Thanks again,
Dennis

Replaced the control panel today and everything is back to normal. Only had one screw left over 8 ) but I think it was already under the stove.

Glad to hear that you are up and running.

And thanks for getting back to us. Now when others search for a similar problem they will see what actually worked instead of just suggestions about what could be the cause.
