This is gas double oven range. I have a two issues :
Problem #1 : At times when I start the burner the clock resets. I have found that just when the sparks ignite the gas the clocks resets. I called the Sears Tech but they cannot tell me why it happens. An of course if never happens when they try it.
Problem #2 : The top black cap (which cover the range display and glass) seems to bubble up and sag. I have called in the Sears Tech and replaced the cap 4-5 times now. All they tell me is that it is a cosmetic problem and nothing can be done.
Any body have any suggestions on what could be the problem. I have had this range for less than 9 months. Cap has been replaced 5 times. Clock problem started about 45 days ago.
