Model Number: ACF4265AW Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years
Hello fixers:
I've got an Amana Big Oven, ACF4265AW, >5 yrs old, that won't heat at the top end. I can set the temp for 350 and achieve 300. Crank to 450 and barely reach 350. Seems 'tired' to me. I checked the temp sensor and got 1161 ohms - that checks out. Am I dealing with a failing bake element or some electronic malfunction? If the former, please advise how to remove the base sheet in the cavity that hides the element. Your comments/guidance are appreciated! Thanks, Morgan Ads By Google Related Models |
