Hello I have a Oven Problem I need to get some Info on I'm thinking the Glow plug for the oven went out. When turning on the oven i hear the clicking at the control nob to start the heating of the glow plug but nothing happens and i don't see any light from the plug when i turn on the broiler it starts to glow the a click from the gas to ignite. So my question is does this sound like a glow plug gone bad? any advice would be great

Check for 120V coming to the igniter (#28 on the #3 break down diagram)when the control calls for the heat.
If there is 120V then replace the oven igniter. If there is no 120V then replace the control board. - The part number for the oven igniter AP2014008 - The part number for the control board AP3187700 - Here are the break down diagrams for the GE range Model JGBP28BEA6WH Gene.
