To replace the bake element in your oven first disconnect power. Then remove the two screws that hold the element in. Pull the element out a few inches and hopefully the wires will come out as well. Unplug them and be sure to keep them from going back through the hole otherwise you will have to remove the back of the unit. Oven Repair Guide
