Here is a manual, it is the closest match I can get to your unit.

You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Odds are is that it is burned out.
You will have to remove it and check it with a meter. Should be around 5 ohms. Often you can see the break in the element.
Also note that the assembly includes a thermal protect (cut-off).

If it measures OK then probably the infinite switch is toast.

Be sure to unplug the unit when working on it.
