Model Number: 665.78003803 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
My lower gas oven seems to have wide swings of temperature. It comes up to set temp OK, but then there is a long delay (cools off too much) before the burner relights.
I have checked the temp sensor at 1097 ohms (good), and the ignitor seems OK (delay of 10 secs before ignitor glows, then another 30 seconds before gas flows and burner lights). The problem seems to be that the signal to relight the burner is either delayed, or is too far below the set temp. Is this a circuit board problem? Top oven is OK. Mike Ads By Google Related Models |
