Ordered a new board for a wall oven and the sockets that the wiring for the touch pad plugs are all different. The OEM board has color coded sockets that the touch pad wiring to plugs into. The replacement board has all white slip ons that only cover 1/2 the male posts that the factory wiring wont plug into. I don't want to ruin the new board. The part numbers on the board are the same except for revision #'s are different. I have a rev # 30 in the wall oven and a rev # 17 on the replacement board. The part # for the board is 316443903.

The reason the board needs to be replaced on a BRAND NEW wall oven is the builder installed an outlet and plug for the wall oven. When the wall oven is in place there is not enough depth with the oven pluged in so the top bake element hit the back panel causing a direct short, tripping the breaker and frying the top oven relay. I verified this by taking measurements and there is not enough clearance so I'm removing the outlet/plug and hard wiring the unit to prevent this problem.

This is a brand new wall oven that was sent from Frigidaire because they put 3 boards in the first oven BUT nobody bothered to check clearances in the cabinet with unit plugged in. The first oven was installed in this new house in November 2008 and replaced as a lemon last week. The bottom oven has always worked because the outlet sits directly behind the uppper baking element and plushes the thin tin back panel against the un-insulated upper baking element posts.

Does anyone know how to get the correct board for this oven that will work with the factory wiring?
