My oven would not heat above 250 degrees so I purchesed a Themostat from Appliance Pros and installed it. The oven now reaches the required temps but will not shut off. I even tried putting the old part back in but now have the same problem. The only way to turn it off is by unpluging it. Any help would be apprecated.

Thanks,

Ed
