How do I remove top burner plate to fix igniter on Thermador prg304
Brand: -brand- Age: Less than 1 year
I purchased the ring which holds the igniter in place (the old one was lost so the igniter is loose), but I can't get my hand in enough under the burner top to slide the ring on the igniter body. It looks like I have to remove the burner top to access underneath. In the center of the burners, there are large brass bolts showing that seem to be part of the gas jet. These seem to be the only thing holding down the top. Do I have to remove these bolts of two burners to turn over the burner top? and how do I do it. Size etc?
