First of all, thank you for your assistance!

It appears my Mother-in-Law accidently hit the Self Cleaning feature on the oven, cancelled it but it has been running ever since! The oven goes on, heats up and runs but there is NO SELF CLEANING DISPLAY.

When we hold the off button down for about 10 seconds we receive the error: E7 F1: ID 27 (Self clean latch will not lock).

We shutoff the power as advised, waited, turned back on and went to bed...when we woke up it was running (again).

I AM NOT A REPAIR TECHNICIAN.

Is there a reset, or recommended next steps I can take as a consumer?
