gas stove top
Model Number: KGCT305GWHO Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years
My Kitchen gas stove top is 11 years old. About three years ago the electric ignitor started working sporadically. Recently it stopped working at all, except once or twice when a burnner was lit with a match and had been burning for a while. However after the burners had been turned off for a while the ignitor no longer worked. Does it sound as if the spark module needs to be replaced? Since it's a $130 part I would like to be reasonable sure it is the problem before ordering it.
