I have a Whirlpool double oven (RBD275PDQ9) that is about 11 years old. The Control Board is dying intermittently, most often while cooking, but I can sometimes cause it to fail by simply pushing firmly on the front panel located in front of the Control Board (AP3767567). After a failure, pushing some of the front panel buttons wakes the Control Board up again and I can set the oven temp and start cooking again. Problem is, if you are not closely watching the oven, you have no idea that the oven just turned itself off. I believe that I have a cracked trace or bad solder joint that is opening when the panel gets warm or when I slightly bend the panel with finger pressure. I have removed the Control Board and checked for cracked traces or visible damage to components without success. I believe that I need a new Control Board (AP3767567). Problem is AppliancPartsPro phone support says that the part is out of stock and will not be available until February 2012 (4-5 months from now). Any suggestions on how to get the part more quickly? Thanks!
