Here are the parts
Replacement parts for AMANA AES1350BAW | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a service manual and tech sheet

I assume you have hooked the element up properly now.
Check the power at the plug
Should be 240 volts L1 to L2
Should be 120 volts L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral

Be sure to unplug the unit when working on it, 240 volts is lethal.

Could be the control board is blown!!

look at # 6 on the body breakdown of your oven. i would cut the power off, and take the 2 wires off of it, and put a little tape around it, so it does not hit metal, and jump it out, and see if the clock comes back on. if it does, replace it, and do not use the oven with the limit switch jumped out. it is a saftey. tom www.applianceeducator.com/parts.htm:cool:
