Default igniter
Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years

Kenmore Gas Range. I can hear the clicking of the igniter and smell the gas but no ignition. I'm guessing it's the igniter but wanted a better opinion. This was interminent before. Recently did a self clean and now won't ignite at all. Also, if it is the ignitor is it in the back or under the spreader plate inside? Thanks so much!!

Hi ryant,

Which igniter are you talking about: the bake burner, the broil burner or the top burner?

Gene.
