Control panel shuts oven down when it gets too hot. Burners still work.

Model Number: ACS 3350 Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Research tells me it may be a bad fan...not cooling off the control panel. or a bad temp/safety sensor. Can anyone help me to correctly diagnose? Not in a position to purchase new oven.
