Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/30/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		i have a kenmore gas range that has two burners, one for baking and one for the broiler. the broiler works fine but the lower one will not. the glow bar won't come on. i can bypass the safety valve and it will start to glow. does this mean the safety valve is bad? both burners work off the same safty valve.
