The temperature on the display is not the actual temperature inside the oven according to a temperature gauge I put inside the oven, cook times are much longer than they should be. Different by 75 or more degrees. Is there a way to determine if it is the burner, controller or the probe?

Thanks, Daryl

Is there a pro out there that might have the resistance chart for the probe. What resistance if given at certain temperatures?? Is it a PT100???
