Oven error code

Model Number: 790.45799103 Brand: Sears Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a Kenmore electric oven model #490.45799103. Last night we had a blackout, and this morning my oven is giving me error code F9 and the oven keeps locking the oven door on it's own. I imagine the circuit controlling the oven lock was damaged by the power failure, but I can't find any information already posted for this problem on your site. Please help.
