Model Number: PLGFZ397G Brand: Frigidaire Age: Less than 1 year
Hello! We just bought a house that came with a new Frigidaire PLGFZ397G model range/oven. The range works perfectly but the oven take eons to heat. After an hour on preheat it was still cool enough that I could reach in and grab the rack with a bare hand. Maybe got to 100 degrees. Maybe.
The broil feature doesn't work either. Nor does the oven light. But when I turn on the bake setting, I can see the ignitor glowing, but there is virtually no heat. I'm a total novice so I'm just wondering where to even begin. Thanks so much. Ads By Google Related Models |
