Oven temp off

Oven temp off

Model Number: GLEF378ASE Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years

When you preheat the oven the temp say 350 when (I got an oven therm) it is actually alot less. To get it to 350 you have to put it at least 425...

What can be wrong and how do I fix it?
