Model Number: KEBC107KSS0 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
I was convection baking at a low temp (175) and after about 4 hours my wife happen to be looking at the oven and saw a flash inside and a loud pop. The front panel then displayed what she called "hyroglifics" for a couple of seconds then everything went dead. The oven lights don't even come on. I searched your site and found people talking about a fuse and after removing the control panel I find nothing. Any suggestions?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KEBC107KSS0 OVEN | AppliancePartsPros.com See the attachment for the tech sheet. Here is a service manual that should be close to your unit although not a perfect match. http://appliancedigest.com/index.php...service-manual You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer. First you have to find out what the pop was. Then either fix that or disable it so it cannot do further damage. Be sure to remove power from the unit when doing this. It does not look like this unit has a fuse. One thing to note is that this does not totally eliminate that a fuse is used, sometimes they neglect to put them in the tech sheets. If there is a fuse it will be in the wiring to/from the power transformer. Ofeten they are part of the wiring harness. One you take care of what caused the pop. Power the unit up and see if it now works. If no then it could be the power transformer blew or that the control board itself is gone. Remove power from the unit and remove the transformer and check it's primary and secondary windings for continuity.
