I just received a new control panel p/n WPL 74001423. This is the 4th one for this oven - they seem to fail after a few years with a "F1" error and changing the control panel fixes it for a while.
The new panel appears identical to the bad one except for the connector on the end of the ribbon cable. The new one just has the flat, slide in cable with two square holes on the end. The old one has a similar cable, but it has a molded connector with pins that plugs into a matching connector with holes. This pin connector is not removable from the cable without destroying something.
Can anyone help me get the correct panel or a connector to use with the one I was shipped, please?
This is the fifth panel for this oven, I think. The original seller replaced one, I replaced two. I don't recall any problem with them.
