Oven quit working broiler still comes on whats up??

Pull the Bake heating element out as far as its wires go. Remove the wires and check the element for continuity. Replace the heating element if it's open. If there is nothing wrong then check the wires to the heating element. Check for 120VAC between each wire and ground. Check for 240VAC between the wires. ok as 120 both sides but no 240

Pull the range out of the wall, remove the rear cover and check all wires to the heating elements. If there is nothing wrong then replace the control board.
If you need the correct part number for the control board then post the color of the key panel and the digit after "Q" in the model number.
