Hello. I have a Wolf dual fuel range and one oven will not heat although the light and controls work. The other oven works fine.

I downloaded the Technical Service Manual and ran through the tests. In diagnostic mode, there were no errors recorded. I ran the Relay Board element tests and the CFH (call for heat) light did not light for any of the element tests. The oven selector tested fine as well as all the Fan and Motor tests.

Since the Relay Board tests failed, I accessed the control board to ohm test the elements without the relay board in the loop. Following the instructions I tested each element and they all read between 28 - 32 ohms. Also, I removed the back panel and the Thermo Limiter tested good for continuity.

Since it's just one oven that won't heat and the test results, it seems to be that the one relay board is bad. Or, am I missing something here?

Thanks

I am looking for this service manual. Can you please advise where you downloaded it?
